It was established in August 1986 as a single proprietorship by Engr. Deo Alcala and was formed into a corporation on May 30, 1991.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2026, the company remains true to its goals of delivering quality products and services, building lasting client relationships through trust, reliability, and exceptional customer support, and nurturing teamwork to foster continuous growth and success of everyone in the company.
